We offer dedicated and open desks on a simple month to month membership contract. All desks include access to 446 amenities including conference room, package service, and common areas.
We are located in downtown Hillsboro, 1/2 block from the max, 1 block from the taproom, and 2 blocks from coffee. We regularly host formal and informal gatherings of local business people and interesting creatives.

We are an intimate space, with a limited number of desks available. We will open early in 2019 and are currently taking desk deposits. Deposits will be applied to your first month’s rent. All deposits are 100% refundable if you change your mind.

First month’s rent holds your space at 446. Dedicated desk members will chose their desk in the order we receive reservations. We maintain a limited number of open desks, and when our space is full, we will open a waiting list.
